Dear (b)(6)
As agreed in our telephone
conversation of today's date, I
would like to have the recipe that was
used for the simulated atomic
bomb (radiation) simulations.
We are interested in the large atmospheric vortices which are
produced as reported in the book "Scientific Study of Unidentified
Flying Objects" by Dr. Edward U. Condon.
Yours sincerely,
James L. Turk
Mindful of your interesting report on ball lightning, I am enclosing
comments on same by a UFO believer, James J. McCampbell, in his UFOLOGY,
