The image is a digital banner advertisement for "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents, specifically highlighting the MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection. It features an illustration of a large, circular vault door with intricate mechanical details, illuminated by a striking blue light. To the right of the vault, white text explains the nature of the documents housed within and provides a URL for download. The overall design is dark and somewhat mysterious, aiming to convey the idea of secure, hidden information being made accessible. ~ ~ I ..• • .· 11/8/.;;_/~;;~ I I' I I ..I. l p 12 l·hrch 1951 I . t I I TO ' VIA • • • FH StlBJ Bluebird Activity. . .T echnical Ar,pects { :: ; .
