It features several handwritten annotations, including numbers in circles and a fraction, as well as a circled "29" and a number "37" in the margin, and a signature "A-96" at the bottom right. There are also several stamps, including "FEDERAL SECURITY AGENCY" and possibly others that are difficult to decipher. The letter discusses an LSD-tolerance experiment conducted by NIMH Addiction Research Center. This page appears to be a typewritten document with handwritten annotations. A date is handwritten at the top, as well as some pricing, and a name. Another handwritten signature is present at the bottom. There is a letter "A" and a number "95" handwritten in the bottom right corner. The majority of the page is text, with no photographs, official stamps, forms, diagrams, tables, or visual evidence of experimental procedures, equipment, or facilities. There are no visible redactions on this page.
