This declassified document is a typed memorandum from March 26, 1971, concerning the status of literature for a personnel incapacitation contract. The document includes a handwritten annotation at the bottom right, a circled number "194", likely a page number. There are no photographs, diagrams, tables, or visual evidence of experimental procedures or equipment. The primary content is textual, detailing returned documents and requests for further materials, with one section of text appearing to be redacted or obscured, though the nature of the redaction is not specified in the OCR.
This document appears to be a form requesting classified documents. It is structured with numbered fields, each indicating a classification level such as "(CONFIDENTIAL)" or "(SECRET)". There are handwritten markings and filled-in fields, suggesting this is a completed or partially completed form. The page includes "SECRET" and "CONFIDENTIAL" stamps, as well as other official markings. Additionally, there are visual elements that resemble the structure of a file or folder. The document also contains a handwritten note at the bottom concerning a preferred report.
This page is from a declassified CIA document, appearing to be a form or report with numbered entries. Visible text includes classification markings such as "(SECRET)" and "(OFFICIAL USE ONLY)", alongside "(CONFIDENTIAL)" for subsequent entries. There are handwritten notations on the page, including "ITT" in the bottom right corner, and a "P" near the page number "-2-". The content also notes "(DOD distribution)", suggesting dissemination to the Department of Defense. There are no photographs, diagrams, or visual evidence of experimental procedures present.
The page shows a header with "Sent to" followed by redacted fields and "28 May 1971." A handwritten "1." precedes an unclear handwritten marking. To the right, "SECRET" is visible, also underlined. At the bottom right, the number "195" is enclosed in a handwritten oval. The rest of the page is blank, with some small dark specks consistent with age or damage to the paper. There's no photographic or diagrammatic content, only the header information and a page number.
The image is a scanned page of a document, likely a report or bibliography, containing a numbered list of publications and research entries. Handwritten annotations at the top right of the page include parentheses, freehand lines, and a date that appears to be "June 1971". Several entries are marked with classification levels indicated by handwritten boxes and text: "SECRET" for entry 8, and "CONFIDENTIAL" for entries 9 and 10. There is also a handwritten number "196" inside a circle at the bottom right. The rest of the content is printed text, detailing titles, authors, and publication information. No photographs, diagrams, or evidence of experimental procedures are visible.
The page contains a typed list of references, numbered 11 and 12. Reference 12 describes a publication titled "Malodorous Substances as Riot Control and Troop Training Agents" from March 1970, with authors Witten, Wagman, Shaffer, and Cohen, and an Edgewood Arsenal Report number. There are also handwritten notations, including what appears to be a checkmark next to item 12. The word "CONFIDENTIAL" is stamped at the top of reference 12. There are no photographs, diagrams, forms, or evidence of experimental procedures. A redacting pen has been used to obscure content, though none is visible on this specific page.
