( 3 April 1972 NOTE FOR: I I I SUBJECT : Comments 1. I admire these people for their patience in trying for three years to get something definitive. I wonder why they neglected to include repro ductions of the polygraph charts used for their analyses. It would be real exciting if I could do any better. - ···-·-----------··~ 2. _ . ) called and gave a bibliography reference for parapsychology. I have requested it. He also said a man named ifrom NIMH called and asked him if he knew of anyone in the US working in parapsychology. \referred him to { 3. It may be worth considering that psychokinesis occurs via an energy "exchange" or communication between the experimenter and the object. Then assuming it is some form of energy, experiments can be performed to make a systematic investigation into what form of energy (thermal, radiative, etc.) is involved. I suppose a term like 11coupling energy" might be introduced when some success is indicated. P.S. Would like to file with Plant Sensors File The page displays an image of a secure vault door, with a spinning dial and intricate locking mechanisms. To the right of the vault, white text on a black background explains that the document was obtained from "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents. Further text clarifies that this specific record is part of the "MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection," containing over 20,000 declassified pages from the CIA, and provides a URL for accessing the collection. The name "THE BLACK VAULT" is prominently displayed at the top of the page in stylized white lettering against a dark, possibly blue-tinged, background. The page is a typed document with some handwritten marginalia at the top right. The marginalia appears to be a date, "23" and some other symbols that are difficult to discern. There are no photographs, stamps, forms, diagrams, tables, or redactions visible on this page. The document is otherwise blank, containing only typed text.
