Each ot the intelligence contacted-during the recent overseas ~rous organi~ations. trip, was laboring under the false impression that some other organization was handling the collection ot interrogation information. All organizations telt that there exists a great deal ot interrogation information in the tield. - Atter &:;sembling the over-all picture, it ~a~st be conoluqed that almost 100% ot intor.mation concerning advanced interrog&tion is being n'gleoted completely. .. It aeems essential that a collection requirement be issued covering the field or ge:aeral and advanced interrogation methods and the suspected use ot operational nypnosis and drugs by unfriendl7 countries. During the recent trip, it was quite conclusively determined that the Russians and Russian domin ated countries are making use ot such advanced interrogation and operational methods.
