Subject: Gentlemen: after conferences with sentatives consideration .· ·' The proposed supplement requests an expansion of studies now in progress on the effects of certain drugs for Jlrevention of motion sickness. The sp~cific purpose of the proposed supplement is the development of methods for study of the side-effects of these druss, and of related substances, or of other d.rucs or agents, i.'ith special attention to their actions on complex psychological functions o.nd on behavior followed by the evaluation of particular drugs. The in vestigo.tion will have three main aspects: l. To the left of the text is a graphic of a large, circular vault door with intricate mechanical details and a prominent blue glow emanating from it. Below the title, white text provides information about the source of the document, stating it was obtained from "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents, specifically mentioning the MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection housed there. The text also states that the collection contains over 20,000 declassified pages from the CIA and provides a URL for online access. This document page is primarily text-based, with no photographs or diagrams. It features handwritten annotations in the top right corner ("A/B, 1, 54/1") and in the left margin ("H-B/1", "B", "C"). There are significant redactions, indicated by black ink scribbles, obscuring portions of text throughout the document, particularly in the header, subject line, and body paragraphs. A page number, "(42)", is circled in the bottom right corner. No official stamps are visible, and there is no visual evidence of experimental procedures, equipment, or facilities. The page is a textual document with no photographs, diagrams, tables, or forms. There are a few stray marks that appear to be typographical errors or artifacts from the scanning process rather than handwritten annotations. One notable visual element is a circled number "42" in the bottom right corner, likely a page number. The document is typed in black text on a white background, with no visible stamps, redactions, or other official markings.
