This page displays a striking visual representation of "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents, with a strong emphasis on the MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection. On the left, a detailed, stylized image of a vault door, complete with intricate gears and a circular locking mechanism, dominates the space, symbolizing security and hidden information. The text clearly states that the document was obtained from this online archive and pertains to over 20,000 declassified pages from the CIA's MKULTRA program. The background is dark, with a faint blue glow emanating from the vault door, further enhancing the sense of mystery and revelation.
The document is a typed report with handwritten annotations. The handwritten text at the top right appears to be a file number or reference code, "A/B, 3, 2/77". Several sections of the document are heavily redacted, particularly in the second and third paragraphs, obscuring names and specific details of the experimentation. The text itself describes an experiment conducted on October 28, 1952, involving hypnosis and amnesia. There are no photographs, diagrams, forms, stamps, or tables visible on the page. The visual elements primarily consist of the typed report and the handwritten annotations and redactions.
