A For matter of rec~rd, it should be noted tha~ to work a number o! weeks owing to administrative was·return~ aft~r di£ticulties and this was her seco, nd session in the work. . Since all subjects present knew approximately what was required of them and had made good efforts on their first starts, a slow induction test .was run on all the subjects as a group. At the conclusion of .these tests, every subject was given a code word as a PH sugcestion and each subject was quickly placed into deep H state by the use of the code ~ word. While each subject in the second test was run individually, tests for normal movement, conversation, opening eyes, etc. were tried and in general results showed marked improvement over previous attempts. This session was concluded by another rapid induction in <lhich all PH commands which had been given were erased, except a PH hand raising test after the count of 5 had been reach on the awak.~ no iednur e. In this PH, all subjects responded very well except . _ who ·~ at the count or·5 dropped her arms completely while other su jects responding to the Ph found their arms raised into the air above their shoulders. This session was concluded at approximately 9:00 R1 and in general it may be said the group is progressing reasonably well for the amount of time consumed. · \. :~. --- ., •, . . ~.~e.. . - . ,· . I The image displays a digitally rendered vault door on the left side against a black background. To the right of the vault, white text overlays the black background, stating that the document was obtained from "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents. The text further specifies that this particular record is housed within the "MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection," which comprises over 20,000 declassified CIA pages available for free download at a given URL. The upper portion of the image features large, stylized white text that reads "THE BLACK VAULT." There are no photographs of people, locations, equipment, handwritten notes, official stamps, forms, diagrams, tables, or redacted content visible on this page. The document is a typed memo with handwritten annotations at the top right. The handwriting, "A/B, 3, 2/58", appears to be a classification or reference code. There is a large, bold letter "A" to the left of the main text, likely an identifier. Portions of the text are heavily redacted or obscured, particularly in the middle paragraphs and near the bottom, indicated by black ink marks. The document contains no photographs, stamps, forms, diagrams, or structured data; it is a narrative report detailing an experimentation session.
