The image is a dark, digitally rendered graphic featuring a stylized representation of a heavy vault door on the left, with glowing blue accents. To the right of the vault, large, white, stylized text reads "THE BLACK VAULT". Below this title, white text details the origin of the document, stating it was obtained from "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents, specifically referencing the MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection. The text further explains that this collection comprises over 20,000 declassified pages from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and provides a URL for downloading the entire collection. The URL, "http://mkultra.theblackvault.com," is displayed in bright yellow text at the bottom. There are no photographs of people, locations, or equipment, nor any handwritten annotations, signatures, official stamps, forms, diagrams, tables, redactions, or visual evidence of experimental procedures. This document is a typewritten report, likely from the 1950s, with several handwritten annotations. The most prominent handwritten markings are "A/B, 3, 2/1" and "7th" at the top right, followed by "254p". There are also extensive black redactions obscuring portions of the text, particularly in the middle sections. The typewritten content describes an experimentation session involving subjects referred to as "SI and H" and a device used to test involuntary tremor control. The document appears to be page 1 of a larger file. There is also a handwritten note "Boy II" in the bottom right corner.
