He recalled that the harness for the seal had been one of the main problem areas. Further, he dogs had been trained in World s~id War I to go to tanks for a food reward. - . ' 3. It states the document was obtained from The Black Vault, an online database of declassified government documents, specifically within the MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection. It includes a date stamp, "25 September 1968," and a circled number "265" in the bottom right corner, which may be a page or file number. There are also faint ink markings in the upper left quadrant of the page, appearing to be part of a diagram that has been heavily redacted or is otherwise very faint. The content discusses animal training experiments, referencing work with donkeys, rats, and seals, and mentions electrical brain stimulation, but there are no visual representations of these procedures, equipment, or subjects. The page contains typewritten text and some handwritten marginalia. There are no photographs, diagrams, tables, or forms. Notably, there is a handwritten notation that appears to be a correction or addition, reading "Dr. Dr." after the word "Dr." in point 4. There are also several instances of what appear to be handwritten checkmarks or dots scattered throughout the document, particularly in the right margin. The document also features a handwritten curved line in the top right corner.
