On 28 January 1975 at the close of the regular morning staff meeting, senior Agency Official kept the group to brief them on Mr. Colby's. meeting with the Rockefeller Commission on 27 January 1975. At the conclusion of that briefing he handed out a list of questions for information. As I under stood it these were questions that had come out of Nr. Colby's meeting the previous ~ay with the Commission. One of the questions centered around th.e Project. The responses _ were to be in by close of business 28 January 1975. On returning to the office I gave the list of questions to .O:.!S Officer and asked him to contact those ueople in the office he needed to in order This page displays a graphic resembling the exterior of a vault door on the left, rendered in shades of blue and gray. To the right of the vault graphic, white text on a black background forms a title and introductory paragraph. The title reads "THE BLACK VAULT" in a stylized font. The paragraph explains that the document was obtained from "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents, specifically referencing the MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection. Below this, a yellow URL is prominently displayed: "http://mkultra.theblackvault.com". The graphic and text together create a thematic presentation linked to the source of the declassified information. On the page, there are handwritten annotations at the top: ".400" and "OMS." A circled number, "494", is also visible. A date, "10 FEB 1975", is printed. Below this, there is a note indicating that "These 2 memos were seen by D/MS on Friday, 7 Feb 75." The initials "jv" are also present. Towards the bottom right, the handwritten text "75-78" appears. The document appears to be a typed page with the aforementioned handwritten markings and printed date. of the questions centered around th.e Project.
