To the right of the vault, white text provides information about "The Black Vault," an online database of declassified government documents, specifically mentioning the MKULTRA/Mind Control Collection and its origin from the CIA. The text also includes a web address, "http://mkultra.theblackvault.com," rendered in yellow. There are no photographs of people, locations, equipment, or subjects, nor are there handwritten annotations, signatures, official stamps, forms, diagrams, tables, or visual evidence of experimental procedures, equipment, or facilities. The content is entirely textual and graphic. This page contains sections of handwritten text and what appear to be stamped classifications or codes. There are several lines of typed text heavily redacted, making it impossible to determine the content. Handwritten marginalia includes "A/B,5,174/1" at the top right, and individual letters "C", "G", "A", and "A" positioned to the left of the text blocks. A date, "30 November 1954", is visible at the bottom of one section. The majority of the page is white space, with some scattered dots that may be artifacts of the scanning or printing process.
