'lhis subject has been referred to the Agency a number of times as a matter worth looking into. We have noted, however, that for the most part the subjec,t is covered by a nwnber of extravagant cla.ims which have no basis ~ actual research. While there is a gre::lt deal of research going~t~,he rapeutic affects of drugs the other applications which~ entioned seemed to have been relatively untouched.
