Handwritten notes include scribbled markings and what appears to be a signature above another handwritten date. Two stamps are visible at the bottom of the page: "MAIL ROOM" and "TELETYPE UNIT," along with a date stamp "98 JUN 19 1969." There are also lines of text that appear to be a pre-printed form listing names, though most are difficult to read due to the image quality and some being obscured by other markings. The overall impression is that of an internal FBI communication regarding an operation. This document is a typed report with several black redactions obscuring parts of the text. At the top left, there's an official stamp: "SD 100-14192". The text appears to be a narrative detailing the activities and associations of an individual. There are no photographs, handwritten annotations, or explicit visual evidence of surveillance methods, informant communications, or targeting directives. Being black, we also are avere that not all white people like us or consider us their equels. But is this generally rue? On reflecting on our own personal experiences we concluded it is not. We also agree that police work in the black ertes could stand improvement. But is this because the police dislike us? Cr could there be other explanations such as in overworked, unpaid police force coupled with a not overly cooperative black community. We think that to some extent this is true. Personal inestigation on our part into some of the publicized atrocities have been embarrassing to us as be have found many of the fiets surrounding these appear to have been misrepresented in the three newspapers mentioned above.
