**Visual Description of Page**
This page is a scanned document, likely a teletype message, with significant handwritten annotations and official markings. At the top, a stamp reads "COMMUNICATIONS SECT." and a date "JUL 12 1970" is visible. Various fields are present, including "WR 005," "CODE," and "URGENT," with entries for the date "8/12/70," time "1:33PM," and sender/recipient information.
Dominating the lower half of the page is the main body of the teletype message, detailing a "RE PITTSBURGH TEL TO BUREAU, CLEVELAND AND OTHERS." Handwritten notes appear in the margins, including a partially scribbled signature and what looks like account or code numbers. Several official stamps and coded identifiers are present, such as "COINTELPRO NEW LEFT." and a stamp with "REC-29 EX-112." Redactions are not evident, but the image quality is somewhat degraded, particularly around the edges and in areas with heavy ink.
