R.L. For [REDACTED] said he received an appreciative reaction, and his sources indicated the material would be useful in interpretive presentations which may be prepared in the future. They felt to present the facts now so long after the actual demonstrations would have no impact, but that, as stated above, would be certainly useful W to them in their future commentary. [REDACTED] incidentally, personally felt the article was well written and contained data which will be helpful to him also in his dealing with the Japanese press. Tokyo will remain alert for any instances of utilization of the material and [REDACTED] has been requested to advise if any such use comes to his attention. Tokyo has reviewed local available press stories relative to this subject matter and has found no stories in point which would be suitable for forwarding to the North Vietnam Peace Delegation in Paris, France.
