" DE5 q Enclosed for the Bureau are eight copies and two copies for each recipient office of a letterhead mcdmorandula relativo to The image is a black and white scan of a typewritten document, likely an official memorandum or report. There are no photographs, handwritten annotations, or filled-in forms visible. The document features several official stamps in black ink on the right margin, including "CONFIDENTIAL" as well as possible routing codes or dates; a single, small black circular stamp is visible near the top right. There are also small, irregular dark ink blots scattered throughout the text, which appear to be artifacts of the scanning or copying process rather than intentional markings. The text itself details a request from Birmingham to the Bureau regarding actions to take in a particular "situation," outlining four numbered courses of action concerning Klansmen and potential legislation, public information, and surveillance. A large, solitary numeral "2" is present at the bottom center of the page, possibly indicating a page number. The document is a typewritten memo, dated March 1, 1967, and marked "COMM-FBI". It contains official stamps, including a date stamp "MAR 1 1967" on the left side and a "REC 69" stamp near the top. There are some handwritten annotations and markings, including a signature "r. Walsh" at the top right and a number "96" near the "Director, FBI" designation. A stamp at the bottom right indicates "ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED HERE... UNCLASSIFIED" with some text redacted. There is also a handwritten "9" at the bottom right corner, and multiple redacted portions throughout the document, most notably in a block of text near the top right. The document appears to be an internal communication regarding "COUNTERINTELLIGENCE PROGRAM" and "DISRUPTION OF HATE GROUPS (KU KLUX KLAN)". '/. *M' 0 .i ISE. : ': CHARBOM . O....
